To complete a purchase You shall provide the required banking details to the approved payment gateway. These may include Your credit / debit card / net banking /UPI’s / e-wallet details. You are responsible for providing the correct information for the same. You shall not provide details for modes of payments that are not legally Your own.
Before making a purchase, You must check if the Company delivers to Your address by verifying Your pin code on the Website. The Company shall not be liable for not providing delivery (or after sales services) for pin codes outside the serviceable areas. You may choose to get Your order delivered to an alternate shipping address serviceable by the Company or its delivery affiliates.
Once a delivery date is confirmed, You or a person authorized by You must be available to take delivery of the order on the said date. If the order is returned due to any such unavailability, You must pay in actual the cost for the second delivery attempt in advance.
In case You make multiple purchase orders in one transaction, the Company will try to deliver them together but does not guarantee it. Please refer to Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds to understand how cancellation works after delivery of Your order.
We urge You to get in touch with us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel an order You placed.
In case, the product(s) is Made to Order (MTO), You may cancel Your order within the first 24 hours without incurring any cancellation fees of item price. Order cancellation between 24 hrs - 72 hrs of order placement will incur a 50% cancellation fee. After 72 hours, order cancellation will incur a 70% cancellation fee till the time it’s Out for Delivery, after which the order cannot be cancelled. If You are unhappy with the product You may return it according to our Return Policy at the time of delivery.
In case, the product(s) is ready-made, you may cancel it before it’s shipped for delivery, without incurring any cancellation fee.

In case You receive a damaged product, or face any other issue regarding the quality of the product, we encourage You to reach out to the Company as soon as possible. You may raise the issue of damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery. The Company will assess the complaint and offer suitable solutions, including but not limited to, replacement and refunds. You understand and agree that the Company at its sole discretion may decide whether a product is defective or not, the extent of that defect, and the necessary corrective action.

All refund amounts will be remitted back to the same account / debit card / credit card that was used to make the payment. The whole process may take upto 14 days.
Refunds shall be subject to pick-up of cancelled or returned items. Once a pick-up date is confirmed and we are unable to complete the pick-up due to Your unavailability, You must pay in actual the cost for the second pick-up attempt in advance.
As advised, before making a purchase, You must check if the Company delivers to Your address by verifying Your pincode on the Website. However, in certain cases, and at its sole discretion, the Company may choose to deliver outside its serviceable areas if the transportation / shipment cost (at actuals) is borne by You in advance. In such cases, the Company is not liable to provide after sales-services like installation and assembly. The terms of warranty may also differ in such cases. You are also advised to make sure that your address is accessible to the delivery vehicle. In case Your address is beyond direct access of a vehicle, we can make the delivery at the last accessible point, if You agree to take such delivery without holding the Company liable for its delivery any further. Please note, in case your residence building has no service elevator or any similar arrangement, the Company shall not make deliveries beyond the first floor.
The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery of shipments in events of Force Majeure. These include, but are not limited to of any kind of unforeseeable production, traffic or shipping disturbances, war, acts of terrorism , fire, floods, unforeseeable shortages of labor, strikes, lockouts, acts of government, nd any other hindrances beyond the control of the Company that hinders it to perform its obligations.
