Don’t worry. We have your account safe with us. Click on ‘Forgot email ID / Password’ and follow the instructions to recover your account. Choose a new password and continue shopping with us.

As is common with Made to Order products, we use different materials for different items. So the warranty differs from one product to the other. You may check and refer to a product’s warranty policy on its product page.

We don’t offer a set discount on your first purchase, but we do run promotional offers and discounts from time to time, that you may use to purchase your favourite Kath Factory products.
Can you customize an order for me?
Sorry! As of now, we do not provide any additional customization options other than the ones provided on the product page itself. We will keep you posted if that changes in the future.
Are there any delivery charges or any other costs?
Delivery, assembly, and installation is free in most areas in our delivery network, though delivery to certain areas may incur shipment charges. When you use your pincode to check for serviceability of your area by our delivery team, the system will indicate if shipping charges are included. In certain cases, we may deliver outside our delivery network if the transportation / shipment cost (at actual) is borne by you in advance.
