  • Warranty

    All Kath Factory Chairs come with a warranty of 24 months. The warranty covers our customers against any manufacturing defects found in our products under normal use and conditions.
     This warranty period covers -
    1.  Any and all defects to the structure of the furniture.
    2.  Collapsing or deforming of cushions and/or padding on the chair.
    3. Any issue with any additional mechanism, like recliners.

    The warranty does not cover -
    1.  Normal wear and tear.
    2.  Softening of padding and cushions. Over time, these conform to the shape of people using it regularly.
    3. Damage to upholstery or any other fabric covering the chair.
    4.  Cuts and scratches, or any other damage to the product, caused by accidents, impact, or force.
    5.  Products delivered/installed outside the delivery network. Please refer to Terms of Offer for Sale for more information.

  • Return Policy

    1. Our Return Policy applies differently to Made To Order (MTO) products and Ready Made products.
    2. Made to Order (MTO) products may only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damages. A window of 24 hours is available to log a request for returning the product with us, after which the product cannot be taken back. Cancellation of the order is possible till the product(s) is not out for delivery, but it carries a cancellation fee. For info on that, please refer to Terms of Sales.
    3.  Ready-made products can be returned till 7 days after the date of delivery. If there are no manufacturing defects or damages, the return shall be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the price and the cost of pick-up of such item(s) in advance.
    4.  Remedial action shall be subject to our policy on Returns and Replacements, and Refunds that you can read in Terms of Sales.

    All Kath Factory products are built with expert craftsmanship and with the best materials intended to serve you for a long time. But the longevity of your product can be further enhanced by keeping a few things in mind.

    1. Do not use any product contrary to its intended use. For eg - Sitting on tables may cause the structure to weaken.
    2.  Avoid sliding the furniture. Look for a well-thought out place beforehand, that would not involve regular shifting of the furniture. If you do need to move the product, please lift cleanly.
    3.  Long exposure to sunlight may damage the finish of the product. Avoid putting furniture near windows and/or places of direct sunlight.
    4.  Tables and other wooden furnishings attract scratches and dents easily. Sliding anything across the surface is ill-advised. Always use a tablecloth, or a cloth to wipe down the surfaces at timely intervals. We recommend a wax rub-down every few months.
    5.  Use coasters, or any other protective tray, for hot and cold items. Any spillage should be patted dry with a cloth before it leaves a stain. Take extra care of fabric upholstery and dry clean or vacuum if required.
    6. Avoid placing candles, pans, and objects with sharp edges directly on the surface of any furniture. They can easily snag the fabric or leave scratches on wooden surfaces. Fabric snagging ruins the look of the furniture. Please be extra careful as upholstery is not covered under standard warranty.
    7.  Do not jump on or put unnaturally extra weight on any furniture.
    8. Clean regularly to maintain the look and condition of your Kath Factory furniture
